Dragon fruit and mango smoothie!

This vibrant dragon fruit smoothie is as delicious as it is visually stunning. Perfect for any time of year, whether as a breakfast option or a nutritious snack. This creamy smoothie is crafted with coconut milk, banana, mango, chia seeds, and of course, dragon fruit, providing a power-packed blend of nutrients.

The striking color of this smoothie comes from the red dragon fruit used in this recipe, though the more readily available white variety works just as well. Regardless of color, this smoothie is bursting with flavor and is an ideal addition to your breakfast routine.



Ingredients

1 red dragon fruit chopped

handful of frozen blueberries

3/4 cup mangoes chopped (frozen overnight)

3/4 cup bananas sliced (frozen overnight)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey/ maple syrup/ sweetener of your choice (optional)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any other milk of your choice)


Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, along with milk and sweetener. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy the goodness!

For the perfect smoothie texture, you can use all frozen fruits or at least 1-2 frozen fruits.
