For this recipe, I've used a mix of frozen blueberries and raspberries, but feel free to get creative with your choice of fruits. Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (you can use any berries/ fruits of your choice)

1 cup greek yoghurt

2 tbsp maple syrup/ honey

3-4 mint leaves (optional, for flavour)


Instructions

Blend together blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and mint leaves (if desired) until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until set. That's all there is to it, now you can enjoy these delicious and refreshing treats!
