Ever since I can remember, food has been at the center of my universe - a source of joy, creativity, and endless fascination. My journey into the world of food began with a curiosity about the Science behind cooking - the chemical reactions, physical transformations, and sensory experiences that turn raw ingredients into delicious meals.
Fuelled by a thirst for knowledge, I pursued PhD in food science, immersing myself in the study of food chemistry, microbiology, nutrition, and culinary techniques. But my love for food was not confined to the laboratory - I yearned to experience the vibrant energy and creativity of the culinary world firsthand. So, alongside my studies, I embarked on a culinary journey, honing my skills in professional kitchens, experimenting with new ingredients and flavors, and soaking up inspiration from chefs and food enthusiasts around the world.
Through my work, I sought to demystify the science of cooking, inspire creativity in the kitchen, and celebrate the rich tapestry of flavors, cultures, and traditions that make food such a universal language. Today, I am proud to call myself a food scientist, culinary expert, and passionate foodie - a title that encapsulates the fusion of science, art, and passion that defines my relationship with food.
